The Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Society of Turkey (EcoEvo) is proud to announce the 1st Computational Ecology and Evolution Workshop to be held in the Nesin Foundation Mathematics Village between 18 - 24 September 2016.

The workshop will bring together researchers and students actively working in the fields of ecology and evolution with the aim of facilitating the exchange of scientific knolwedge and experience. The workshop will include lectures and practicals covering a diverse range of topics from population genomics and transcriptomics to comparative phylogenetics and theoretical and experimental ecology.

The workshop will take place in the prestigous Mathematics Village of Şirince, an education haven consisting of numerous open and closed lecture halls, reading areas, libraries and houses made from brick and clay, all sorrounded by the lush green of nature. A peaceful venue perfect for scientific gatherings.

We invite all students to apply and take place in this scientific feast!
